Day 2 - Wandering

I was able to make it outside the room I was staying in, though as I did so a thought crossed through my mind.  "How will I be able to get back in?" I thought as I wheeled around in horror at the sight of the motel door closing with a definite, thunk!  I pounded on the door and screamed in agony for what seemed like twenty seconds, but to everyone else it was three hours.  At least that's what the angry man yelled as a boot came slamming into my face.  I fell to the ground pretending to be knocked out so he'd go away, but I ended up falling asleep outside my door.  Weird huh?

I opened my eyes to see the sun had shifted in it's position in the sky to late afternoon.  I stood up, refreshed but tense, and began brushing myself off.  When I reached the front of my pants however, I noticed a slight buldge in my pocket.  I reached in and discovered a key which, to my greatest joy, opened the door of the hotel room.  Overjoyed, I shut the door and began frolicking over to the front desk.  I hesitated for a second to grab my key, and continued frolicking.

I questioned a terrified front desk lady, who may have been on drugs or just reacting to a grown man frolicking in a bad part of town, and she revealed to me that the room had been paid for under the name "P. N. Guin".  This was valuable to me.  Obviously I was either kidnapped or rescued by someone who really enjoyed the Batman movie with Adam West in it.  I thanked the clerk and ran out of there for my room.

This entire situation isn't right.  I continue to search my room for more and more clues, to find out who did this to me and why.  I'll have to scour this computer for information as well.  Until next time avid readers...

Your hero,
Chester Malinkoh
